Actress Shin Se Kyung was absent from SHINee’s first concert.
For 2 days, January 1st and 2nd, SHINee holds their first solo concert in Seoul Olympic Stadium called The 1st CONCERT-SHINee WORLD.
Fans were anticipating Shin Se Kyung’s attendance in this concert, as it was revealed that she was going out with SHINee’s Jonghyun.
SM Entertainment had said that the reason she was absent was because of filming. However, her absence still gained a lot of attention considering how important a first concert is for singers.
On the other hand, 2 years and 7 months after debut, SHINee’s first solo concert has an audience of 20,000 people combined.
Because of Jonghyun’s leg injury, a Chinese trainee Issing performed some of his parts. Jonghyun stated, “It feels good to be able to greet the new year with my fans. This year seems to have started off well.”
